Do you have a print catalog available by mail for Wholesale Customers?

Our most complete version of our catalog is available Online through our Online Wholesale Store. We are constantly adding new products and feel that we can best serve our customers with an Online Catalog. We also offer a Downloadable Catalog that can be printed with Adobe Acrobat.

I don't feel safe using my credit card on line, how else can I place an order?

Our Online Wholesale Store offers that you may print and mail your order, or you may place an order by phone: 1-818-761-0116 Monday thru Friday 9:00 - 5:00 PST. We own the SSL Certificate on our Website. Our Entire Store is Secure. We do not process your credit cards on line in Real Time. All Credit Cards are processed through our sales office.

Why are your Packaged Products offered only in groups of 3's?

Our Packaged Product Minimum is three per product. You may order in multiples of three or call to place an order of a different quantity. For more information see our Terms Page.

What is the suggested Retail Price on your Products?

We recommend a one time mark up on all our Packaged products, of course that is entirely up to the discretion of the retailer.

How can I check on an order once it has been placed?

To check on the status of your order once it has been placed either call 1-818-761-0116 Monday thru Friday 9:00 - 5:00 PST, or email sales@aromatherapywholesale.com

How soon after an order has been placed will it be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 3 - 7 business days. If any items are out of stock we will notify you with an estimated shipping date.

Can I get samples of your products?

Please call our office if you are interested in samples. We will not send out samples via an email request. We do charge for all samples.

Will you sell my personal information to other companies?

Absolutely not. Your privacy is respected.

What does Qualified Reseller mean?

We require a Tax ID or Resale # from all our Wholesale Clients. We also sell to Licensed or Certified Massage Therapists, Chiropractors and other Health Industry related businesses.

I own an Auto Body Shop, can I buy Wholesale from your Company?

Retail Gift Stores, Women's Specialty Shops, New Age Shops, Health Food, Pharmacies, Craft Shops, etc. are among the Qualified Resellers we sell to.

About Our Products

Your Goddess Potions, Essential & Fragrance Oils are available in 5 ML & 12 ML.

How much is 5 ML's or 12 ML's.

5 ML's is approximately 1/6th of an Ounce. 12 ML's is approximately 1/3 of an Ounce.

What type of Sea Salt do you use?

We use Solar Kiln Pacific Ocean Sea Salt. Solar Kiln means that it is has been dried naturally in the sun. There are no added chemicals.

Do you test your products on animals?

No, we do not. We test our products on friends and family and other willing persons. Our products are Cruelty Free.

What types of packaging do you use?

We use Ecologically Safe, Recyclable Packaging: PET Bottles & Jars, Glass Bottles, Plain Paper Recyclable Labels, Rafia and other Ecologically Friendly Packaging. It's what inside our Packaging that counts.

Are your Bath & Body Products packaged in Glass Bottles and Jars?

No, they are not. We do not feel that Glass Bottles and Jars are safe in the Tub or Shower. They look pretty, but can be very dangerous. We use PET Bottles and Jars because they will not shatter in the Bath or Shower. PET Bottles have a high sheen which makes them look allot like glass. PET Bottles and Jars are also very lightweight and easier and more cost effective to ship. We do package our Essential Oils and Goddess Potions in Glass Euro Dropper Bottles.

Do you use Mineral Oil in your products?

Absolutely Not. We do not feel that Mineral Oil is good for Skin Care. We use Safflower Oil, Sunflower Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Macadamia Nut, Sesame Seed, Aloe Vera, Rice Bran Oil, Jojoba Oil, Shea Butter and Glycerin. Our Shower Gels and Foam Baths use a Coconut Oil base.

Do you use Chemicals in your products?

Our Body Lotions, Shower Gels and Foam Baths do contain some Botanically derived chemicals. This means that the chemicals used are naturally sourced. Some Fragrance Oils also contain some chemicals. Our Bath & Body Oils, Bath Salts, Massage Oils, Herbal Bath Teas and Incenses, Teas, Potpourris, Via Salaria, Terra Verde & Aquae Sulis Elixirs are chemical free. All ingredients are listed on our Product Labels.

You have so many products, how can I choose?

We offer a huge selection of products. We recognize that many different scents appeal to different people and there are so many wonderful scents to choose from. We feel that offering such a wide variety of scents and products allows us to better serve you the consumer. If you are having trouble deciding what may best serve your needs, feel free to ask for some direction and help.
