Our Wholesale Terms

  • Shop Online - Online Discount on all Orders over $50.00

Packaged Products

  • All Wholesale Clients must provide Business Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address and Resale or Tax ID for all packaged product orders.

  • $50.00 Minimum for All Packaged Product Orders.

  • We have a Per Product Minimum of 3 each for all Packaged Products, including Re-Orders.

  • Phone Orders of less than 3 each for Packaged Products will be charged a 10% surcharge.

  • Volume Discounts are available for many of our products. Please call our office or email a request for a volume discount quote on the products you are interested in.

Bulk Aromatherapy Products & Supplies

  • Bulk Aromatherapy Supplies are available to Crafters without a Resale or Tax ID. Tax will be charged to all Crafters who reside in CA.

  • There is No Minimum Order Required for Bulk Orders.

Samples

  • We are happy to provide Samples for a charge. We do not provide free samples.

  • We have a 6 Sample order maximum.

Payment Information

  • We Accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for Online Orders and we also accept Electronic Checks by Phone.

  • All Orders Require Payment in Full Before Shipping.

  • NO C.O.D.'s.  

Shipping Information

  • Shipping & Handling Charges for all Online Orders are added to your total when your order is shipped, not when you place your order Online.

  • Shipping Charges are on average 8% of your Total unless you are ordering heavy items such as Bulk Sea Salt, Bulk Baths Salts or Bulk Aromatherapy Supplies.

  • Please be sure to Add 8% Shipping to your Total when placing a mail order.

  • There is a $7.00 Minimum Shipping Charge for all Orders under 1 Lbs.

  • We Ship DHL Ground, unless otherwise specified. Residential Address Rates are higher. Please Specify when your order is being shipped to a Residential Address .

  • Next Day, Priority and Overnight are Extra. Please Inquire.

  • All International Orders are Shipped UPS International unless under 5 Lbs.

  • International Shipping Rates are based on Weight. Additional Handling Fees for Customs Forms may be applied.

Lead Time & Back-Orders

  • Our average Lead Time for Packaged Products is 3 - 7 Business Days and 2 - 5 Business Days for Bulk Orders.

  • Large or special orders may require additional Lead Time depending on our production schedule, volume of sales, or materials availability.

  • Due to the "Nature" of our Products, Prices & Availability may be Subject to Change.

  • Items that are Back-ordered or temporarily Out of Stock will be deducted from your Total and your "Online Discount" may be adjusted to reflect your adjusted Total.

Lost or Damaged Goods & Returns

  • Please open all shipments promptly (24 - 48 hrs) when receiving them. Damaged items received by you will be the responsibility of the carrier and an insurance claim must be filled. If you received damaged items please report to us and the carrier immediately and save all documentation, as well as the damaged items. We can not be responsible for damaged items reported after a reasonable time period of 5 business days.

  • Our Return Policy is limited due to the "Nature" of our Products.

  • When placing your order, please check your order carefully. We Do Not Accept Returns for Mis-Ordered Items.
